Through a browser on your computer, access your email via Webmail, which will be determined by:
www.YOURDOMAINNAME.com.br/webmail
If this is not your first access, you will likely need to select “Webmail Home” to open your email configuration area.

If it’s the first access, it will open the Webmail Home screen as shown below:

On the Webmail Home screen, select “Track Delivery” to add a forwarder.

The following screen will open:

This way, you can see which emails failed to deliver, whether due to a spam block or an unknown address.
You can check the spam score for each email.
Filter and show emails that were delivered correctly.
